What I run this on

I build small games and keep an AI agent running to do the work. Two things actually matter for that: a model and a home for the agent.

The agent

Hermes Agent — runs on a small server of mine, with tools, memory and its own skill system. That's the part doing the work.

The models

I run as cheaply as I can, so free models get tried first. When it has to be reliable it costs something — and then I want one bill instead of juggling five API keys.
